Lifting Device

There are 2 Lifting devices to be completed for Granulation line system:

1. Lifting & Tilting device with online Fitz Mill /Cone Mill
2. Lifting device with online Fitz Mill /Cone Mill for closed transfer.

Lifting & Tilting device with online Fitz Mill /Cone Mill: For gravity loading, operator simply pushes buttons on HMI to lift up FBD product container from the floor, rotate it 180 degree, and then connect with milling device for discharge to IBC or drum. Revolution speed of milling device can be adjusted to suit with different kinds of materials. A compact machine with same function is available to handle smaller batch size.

Lifting device with online Fitz Mill /Cone Mill for closed transfer: The vacuum housing to be closed connected to FBD discharge port by flexible pipe, and then connects with milling device for discharge to IBC or drum.
